Firefighters Compete for Bragging Rites at Cooked
and Uncorked Food and Wine Festival to Benefit the
Saint Barnabas Burn Foundation and the NJ State
Firefighter’s Mutual Benevolent Association 

(Livingston, NJ) On Monday, January 30, 2012, firefighters from around New Jersey will compete at the 2nd Annual Cooked and Uncorked Food and Wine Festival benefiting New Jersey State Firefighter’s Mutual Benevolent Association and Saint Barnabas Burn Foundation. The competition is part of the culinary extravaganza where participants will be able to experience the tastes and flavors of more than 39 of New Jersey’s finest restaurants, caterers and dessert shops all in one location. This event, which draws people from throughout New Jersey, will be held at The Pines Manor, 2085 Route 27, Edison, NJ from 6 pm– 9 pm. 

The Ultimate Fire Department Cook-off will be an integral part of the evening as Fire Departments from Bayonne, Belleville, Carteret, Cranford, Elizabeth, Hamilton Twp., Linden, New Brunswick, North Hudson, Roselle, Trenton and Union Fire Departments all compete against each other. Wells Fargo, ShopRite, Allied Beverage Group, Barnabas Health, Auxilio, Investors Bank, and Paul Davis Restoration are event sponsors.
